Restoran Siaw Kok Chun
The fried fish have a good golden brown colour and a cracker like crunchy bite. This crispy brown goodness is beautifully coated with a concentrated salted egg yolk sauce which reminds me of my favourite snack - 'Cheezles'. It has that distinct savoury powdered cheddar cheese flavour similar to Cheezels. The salted egg sauce is filled with little crunchy bits of the yolks just to ensure your salted egg yolk cravings is satisfied. RM38
Served in a large metal plate, the fried fishš is garnished with brinjalsš, long beans, cabbages, and lady fingers. As for the fish, it is has that crispy exterior followed by a flaky flesh. I am a big eater! So, when I say this fish is B-I-G. Trust me. It is BIG! This dish can feed up to family of 4. The curry sauce is light on the palate and it leaves a pleasant curry after taste in your mouth. However, I think it would be better if it has more of that spicyš¶ oomph! So, this is a dish suitable for kids or adults (I am judging you!š) who can't stand spicy food.

When someone mention the place Kajang, the first thing that comes to mind is 'Kajang Famous Satay' But do you know Kajang is also popular for their Spicy Soup ? This restaurant may look 'ulu' (old and unimpressive) but dine here once and you would change your perspective of this place immediately. The clear looking soup is filled with a generous amount of peppercorns that gave it a distinctive spicy kick! This soup can boost your appetite and it is my comfort food especially during this rainy season!

Deep fried tilapia fish swimming in a bed of sweet and spicy Thai chilli sauce, topped off with a mountain of shredded timun. Super HUGE in size! Everything on this plate is edible, the vege decoration is edible, the fish is edible, even the bones are edible! The dish is fried till the point even the bones can be bitten with ease. If you can chew it, you swallow it! (That's what she said) Hahaha!

Very sinful, bound to make you gain some weight but itās all worth it! A perfect dish to wash it down with a ice-cold beer. Advice: this is everyone's favorite, order more or there will be war!

The direct translation of ē«ēč is 'fire explosion pork'. This dish is literally an explosion in your mouth. The meat is marinated in a thick stringy peppery sauce which is then cooked in a claypot with fresh assorted vegetables. I would describe its spiciness to be a 'burns your tongue spicy' but that will not stop you from having more. So, let it burn!
