Authentic Italian Pizza's baked within a brick wood-fired oven to form that slightly charred crust base that imparts extra flavour. This is their burnt Brussels sprouts & Bacon with mozzarella, pecorino cheeses and garlic slices in every bite. This combination somehow did manage to taste healthy. If you prefer a meatier dough (and not thin crust - just for ease of comparison, these are slightly thicker than those from Mozza), definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Pretty good thin crust, loaded with cheeses and a variety of sausages. Nothing like your traditional Italian pizzas, but surprisingly decent! Especially more so since its coming from a small pub-like restaurant. Never underestimate these dodgy lanes!

Scamorza is mostly known as smoked mozzarella cheese. These lovingly grilled Scamorza were wrapped in strips of Parma Ham and served with a side of aged balsamic vinegar.
One of the best ways to begin an authentic Italian meal!

Plank's signature multi-year sourdough crust pizza with chorizo slices, kalamata olives, mozzarella, eggplant and spicy tomato sauce. I'm a hardcore fan for thin-crust pizzas, but the flavour of their sourdough crust has me swayed!

Plank caters to kids too with the traditional Pepperoni Tomato & Cheese Pizza, no forgetting their signature sourdough crust too. My nephews and nieces swiped up every crumb!
