The prawn noodle here taste average to me but the prawns here are really fresh and tasty. I would not travel to the east side to queue for this, it is not very filling as well for the price paid.👍🏻👍🏻
This is one of their highly recommended flavour! I would go back to try this again for its flavourful broth and it is not a typical stock you will see at hot pot places. The savoury and lemak profile is really delish!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Heard about this interesting dish and decided to try out this unique flavour. Its actually pretty good, the stinky tofu is fermented but be rest assured the taste is not so smelly! which i am still able to appreciate. This is a good place for 1 pot eating and the variety of ingredients are fresh and good for the price!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This underrated food centre deserve more shout out! There are so many yummy food in this area and this is one of the best prawn mee! I am a huge fan of prawns and this bowl of noodles is easily in my top 5 list for prawn noodles! Love this nostalgic feel of this food centre!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
There are many amazing food at this food centre, but this chicken chop is hands down one of the best chicken chop i had eaten. A must try for chicken lovers! The chicken chop is so flavourful and moist yet the black pepper sauce goes extremely well with it. Remarkable dish👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This old school eatery is closing soon after years of operation and long time customers will surely miss this nostalgic food in their neighbourhood. This is a simple bowl of Niang Tou Fu, wouldn't say that the ingredients taste superb as its quality is pretty similar to other YTF stall. This is a standard portion and it is actually quite pricey at 90 cents/pc. Perhaps YTF lovers would like to give it a try before the shop put up the shutters. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Went to give it a try as recommended by foodking. $8.50/bowl seemed a little steep as the portion makes one feel half-three quarter full. Would prefer the salted egg bee hoon more as there is more wok hei taste. Seafood is fresh and goes really well with their special chilli. 6.5/10 for bee hoon lovers👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Tried the prime minister approved chicken wings. It is indeed special as the chicken wing is fried to perfection and would only make you crave for more. The beehoon sold here is very cheap at 60cents!! Chicken wing is sold at $1.20 per piece which the kind owner would cut the wings and drumlets. However i would prefer the beehoon to have a stronger taste. Strongly recommend this for fried chicken lovers!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Tried this highly raved cheng tng which comes at a price of $3, not a cheap bowl of cheng tng but guess the huge variety of ingredients rxplains the cause. There are sweet potato strips, winter melon strips, ginko, logans in it. Overall a pleasant dessert to help cool fown in this warm weather☀️☀️☀️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Tried asaam laska for the first time and is a really appetising dish. Being different from the SG version. This assam laska only has cucumber slices and marckarel as the side ingredients. The dark sauce drizzled on top is "har gao", prawn paste to add more flavour. The soup is well flavoured being sweet, sour and i would prefer it to be more spicy. Despite being expensive at $4.80 for small size, its great to give it a try and is just beside Aljunied MRT station. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Prawn noodles with long queues everytime i pass by. This dish is well-cooked with the soup being strongly flavoured with prawn aroma. For the dried version, they season ketchup with chilli, though i prefer it with more chili. The well-balanced flavoured noodles satisfy me and this place is a must try for serious prawn noodles lovers.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Vegetarian beehoon that has sauce with it and mixed with different vegetarian side dishes. A nice dish for breakfast for a switch.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
