The Ponzu Soya Cod $35.90 was one of the best among the rest of the funky fusion dishes, that I find them lacking with flavours hopelessly jumbled. •

On the other hand, the Cod Fillet was succulent, paired well with ponzu and sesame soya glaze. The skin is also charred to a slight crispy cracking which I find it enjoyable. 🐟

🐡 Fuku is the first-ever restaurant in Asia (outside Japan) tt offers a variety of dishes using various parts of the fish, as well as fugu Hotpot w 2 kinds of soup base.

We do not need to travel to Japan to enjoy this delicacy as we can now have it locally. At Fuku, all gourmet experience is 100% safe, all organs are properly removed in Japan before it is flown to Singapore. Is having 🐡 your bucket list?
