Very enjoyable! Bone melts in harmony with the meat. Couple it with some soy sauce. Brings the best out of this mouthful. Caution: Can be a little filling as everything melts in your mouth like a molten rush! One of the signature dishes here.

Tasty sides, creative gyozas, and sakes are among the new items rolled out by this ramen specialist, which hails from Japan.

Have yourself some perfectly molten and well-marinated smoked tamago (2 pcs, $5.80), and leek charsiew ($6.80) served with flavourful la-yu. And then the gyozas.

Out of the six flavours available, my favourite gyoza was the Kimakari ($7.80, topped with quail eggs), a novel and delicious pairing of pork and Japanese curry, followed by the Cheese version ($9.80). Served with addictive garlic powder, them babies were mighty delicious and not at all cloying. We even had an Italian ($8.80) riff with mozzarella & tomato, served with a basil-infused olive oil dip. Unorthodox, but it works.

Here is another place we walked randomly into for dinner and ended up thinking quite highly of the food.
The Three Cup Chicken / 三杯鸡 ($10 for a small portion) arrived sizzling in a claypot. Chockfull of whole garlic cloves (that'd been fried to a golden hue), pieces of ginger, onions, big red chilli and basil leaves, it was no wonder the sauce in which the tender pieces of boneless chicken were cooked in, was so aromatic.
I took the cloudiness of the Salted Vegetable with Pig's Stomach Soup ($5 for small portion) to be a good sign. True enough - one sip revealed the use of pork bone stock. The pig's stomach tasted fresh and didn't have any smell at all - a fact that mattered since this was a non-peppery soup. The cook was generous with the salted vegetable ("kiam chye") which was great at the start but as I neared the bottom of the bowl, it did seem to make the saltiness level rise a little.
As for the Sambal Petai ($8), it turned out to be very appetising. Minced dried shrimp had been mixed with the chilli sambal prior to being used to stir-fry the"petai" together with a few small pieces of pork and seafood. Eaten with rice, it's the "shiokest"!

Tuck into a crispy duck confit sitting on a bed of silky mash, or melt-in-your-mouth pork belly with onsen egg. Make your way down to this humble coffeeshop in Bukit Merah Lane 1 if you haven't tried this rather affordable French fare! On December 2nd, Immanuel French Kitchen will be donating to Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home, where needy and disadvantaged children are provided loving, Christian nurture. Simply do your part by eating as much as you can!

Hungarian pork was flown in for quality assurance by the korean chef makes every bite of the fatty pork belly worth it! When ate with the special sauce and the vegetable assortments, the juices you taste with every bite is just so palatable!

There is too much ‪#‎foodporn‬ in one photo. Where to look? Enjoy all pastas at $10 after 10pm (worth $14.90). Check out our Facebook coverpage for more discounts.

Thanks to @clxiretxy for this very photogenic photo.

The only main dish that should be ordered at the dinner. I don't want to describe how amazing it is to have these as a main dish because I'll probably be even hungrier and slightly frustrated that I can't have it right now. Try it for yourself and understand why despite the insane waiting time for a reservation at Teppei, people still make an effort time and time again.

From the good people behind Sarnies and The Lokal comes Club Meatballs, a gastropub specializing in - you guessed it - meatballs. Build your own meatball plate with a choice of sauce, toppings and bases. Of course, it's convenient CBD location means you can come here just for a mid-day coffee fix, as well as after-work cocktails, wines and beers on tap.

Here & There is a great place for after-work drinks and bar grub. This contemporary kushiyaki bar in Chijmes serves up small plates of perfectly grilled meat and vegetable skewers, as well as a selection of modern Asian restaurant food. Signature items on the menu include skewers of wagyu steak ($9), foie gras & wagyu ($12), spicy garlic miso pork belly ($7), and parma ham, quail egg & asparagus ($7). Tuesdays are Shuck & Suck nights, where oysters air flown from France go at only $2 each! Be sure to make reservations to avoid disappointment.
