Pasta Crazy ๐
Have seen several post abt their chilli crab pasta. But wasn't exactly wowed by it. The crab is all shredded and minced up, so you don't really taste it. Plus the sauce is on the sweet side rather than spicy. Would eat it once but prob not again?
I love the Arrabbiata sauce! Spicy, tangy and slightly sweet! My biggest fear of ordering a prawn dish is that the prawns are frozen and it's all mushy inside. Was glad that the prawns are large, crunchy and juicy!

The pasta that looks deceivingly simple but taste so divine. Let the mascarpone cheese melt into your pasta and give it a light mix, then just slurp the whole thing down. The tomato sauce is tasty with the flavours of garlic and basil, while the melted mascarpone goes very well with the tomato sauce. The tasting size is less than half of the full. A little too little for me but just nice when you eat it with cichetis.
This pasta really brought local flavour to a whole new level. Spicy sambal marinara sauce with al dente spaghetti. I must say it was done quite well. Only gripe was that I ate something crunchy, like shell or sand? Though that didn't spoil the experience too much.
Seriously one of the best Mac and cheese you can find in Singapore. The sauce is not overly creamy and gelard, making it easy to eat. And that melted cheese on top is just amazing!
The pasta was a little more cooked than al dente. This was pretty good! Chose the highest level of spice and it gives a nice kick. The crab is shredded and quite generous for the amount of pasta ๐๐ป
This was good stuff for $17.90! The black pepper crab was indeed crispy and had a nice black pepper flavour. Although the spaghetti is not al dente, it's cooked to a texture my mom would cook. I love how the arrabbiata sauce had mushroom, chunky tomatoes and bacon! Yum
Same as the above, this was half a normal portion. The clams were really big and fresh! (I don't usually like clams) The spicy linguine was perfectly al dente and went really well with the clams! And needless to mention the few secret chunks of pancetta, just makes it so delightful!
This is half a portion so it looks smaller than normal. Shared with the bf and they were nice enough to split it for us. The duck ragu was tender and had a nice sharp aftertaste. โบ๏ธ
Linguine with crabmeat and soft shell crab in lobster bisque. I love the lobster bisque! So much crab/lobster meat! Although the pasta could be more al dente. A little over cooked imo. Still yummy though.
