🍀Amazing Graze🌿

What is this life if, full of care, We have no time to stand and stare. No time to stand beneath the boughs And stare as long as sheep or cows. No time to see, when woods we pass, Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass. No time to savour, the food we taste, Unlike horses who still have time to graze.

All the awesome-ness of the Fairfax burger without the brioche buns… really fresh arugula topped with fluffy shaved Gorgonzola cheese.

A good salad option or an upsized breakfast as a side.

A medley of julienned purple cabbage, tofu, sliced zucchini, "dao-geh" (bean sprouts) cherry tomato, poached potato cubes, peanut satay sauce, sugar snaps, cashew nut crunch, quail eggs and avocado. I think I caught a few "hae-bee" (dried shrimps) too. Don't ask me what the crispy noodle-like topping is (I think it's a herbed batter, deep fried as they squeeze it into the hot oil). This rendition of the popular Southeast Asian salad is a classic that has been in the cafe's menu but have taken me some time to finally try.

Name the ingredients: There's orange, quinoa, rocket, carrot, mint, fig, almonds with a light citrus dressing; and of course, the slice of home made bread. Awesome!

Teriyaki grilled chicken in a bed of al dente penne pasta tossed in masala cream. Heavenly...

The name is a little cheesy for this down to earth rocket salad in balsamic shallot dressing. The Wagyu rump is slow cooked for 4hours and sliced, which unfortunately is lacking in flavour for me. The pickled sweet onion was the life saver for me in this visually pleasing/ teasing appetizer.

This is one salad I will not grow tired of. Best with tuna and red onion added, but it's really your own creation. The ravigote sauce goes best with this salad I created.

Awesome presentation which always look so incredible in the posts of fellow burpplers. Finally I got to try it. The sous vide octopus is indeed incredibly tasty and chewy. Too good, but too little of it in the individual serving.
