Hearty Soups

Simple and warm. Could use more quail eggs as they are my favorite!

Spicy and hot is the way to go.

My favorite Chinese soup. Could have used more spinach for me.

My favorite beef noodle soup. Beef stew pho.

Mixed Seafood, Saffron, Nori Shreds 

White truffle oil, truffle paste, wild mushrooms, creme

Thick, cheesy, hearty, with a deep broccoli flavor. I really liked this.

Today's soup of the day. Creamy, smooth, and full of flavor. Too bad it wasn't a bigger bowl.

Warm and hearty.

Not the best pumpkin soup I tasted, but it was served very hot, which I really enjoyed.

And creamy it was!! Thick, warm, and with a kick of chives and bacon.

A spicy and sour soup with prawns and straw mushrooms. Interesting how they served it. Could do with a little bit more spice and shrimp. :-P
