Lai Heng Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle (Shunfu Mart)

This stall confused me. It's a wicked bowl. Lots of vinegar, lovely pork, very porky soup. Then I was left wondering, isn't the good Lai Heng bcm at Toa Payoh? To twist it further, this stall sits beside the famous Lai Heng char kway teow here. Are they related? To twist it further, this stall uses Lau Pa Sat bowls (pictured). The ckt Lai Heng once had a stall there. But why would a ckt stall have bowls?
