Each bowl comes with Ramen, bamboo shoots, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts, nori & soup wari.
Choose between creamy tonkotsu ($12.80) or lobster broth ($14.80); Select meat - chashu & miso pork skewers or chicken nanban with egg mayo and you're done! you could opt for the add ons like ramen egg, spicy miso bomb, double meat/ noodles.
The tonkotsu dipping broth (reminded us of shoyu) was no doubt pretty tasty tho consistency is not as thick and rich so one probably doesn't really need the soup wari. Noodles however, could fare better as it didn't seem to take up the broth well. Instead of dipping, I'd just go for it like the usual ramen to slurp it all up. Chashu was surprisingly good, and so was the miso marination but certain parts of the pork I had was tough, others were fine. Noodles portion was huge - very filling for @cweizhi and I so it didn't seem that pricey after.
It was either this or the Lobster Broth ($14.80) but we went ahead with the server's recommendation! Both choices come with bamboo shoots, pickled cherry tomatoes, beansprouts, nori and soup wari, with a choice of either Chashu & Miso Pork Skewers or Chicken Nanban with Egg Mayo. Ramen eggs are also available at a dollar top up.
The portion of noodles here felt bigger than usual (yay to value for money) and we enjoyed that thick flavourful savoury broth which kinda reminded us a lot of shoyu broths. The slices of marinated fatty chasu were surprisingly good but the pork skewers smothered with miso sauce were a little too tough. Think this is quite an affordable dining option especially in this area, but one thing to note is that although it's a tsukemen, the noodles here aren't the best at absorbing that thick broth (we worked that out by having them with more soup instead of only dunking the noodles in). The side cherry tomatoes offered refreshing bites through the meal!

First, choose between udon and soba. Then, pick from 7 types of broth – Mentaiko, Soba Dipping Sauce, Miso Butter, Japanese Curry, Creamy Sesame Dressing, Ginger Shoyu and KyuuKei Dashi. I like it that they have a wide variety and all of them were made in house.
