Yummy slow-braised pork knuckle chunks that’s soft and flavourful. Fabulously paired with steamed jasmine rice and gooey molten egg. Chilli is sweet sour, always a plus point with braised pork

The familiar addictive flavours I remember are still here - a heady combination of fragrant basil, garlic, and green and red chillies, singeing your tastebuds with a simmering heat. The soya sauce stained pork belly is chunky and fatty, but I was a little disappointed the crackling wasn't...crackly.
