[CLOSED] Kinsa Sushi

A decent enough wagyu don if you are in the area but not amazing enough to purposely travel for.

This was really shiok with torched mentai-mayo over salmon on purple rice rolls! So satisfying good.

One of the more affordable set lunches I’ve had on weekends - Kinsa sushi offers a main, 2 sides, fruits, miso soup and green tea for just $15.90! I went for the Salmon tataki don, with salmon sashimi (cant get enough!) and fried sesame tofu. The salmon was seared nicely, served atop purple rice and accompanying vegetables. Though the portion may seem small, it was surprisingly quite filling! The 3 rather thick slabs of salmon sashimi was relatively fresh and the fried sesame tofu didn’t leave an oily taste. Overall a really good lunch set, and I’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the mains such as their udon and sobas!

Loving this Japanese restaurant for their lunch set menu, with the many options of udon, don and soba, that comes with the choice of 2 sides, miso soup, fruit and green tea. Priced at just $15.90, with no lack of a variety, and my favourite part: the don comes with purple rice instead of the usual white rice. ☺️ There’s no compromise on flavours and quality (sashimi slices are thick and well-cut). Highly recommend! 👍🏻

Price is on the steeper side and location is a short walk from Hillview Mrt. Worth a visit if you're near the vacinity! 🍣😍 Sushi is always a good idea.

When comes to @kinsasushi , Wagyu Don is a Must try. Signature rice bowl that comes with 60g of medium A4 Kagoshima Wagyu (or beef) and an onsen egg. .
