Delighted to uncover a gem at Redhill food centre today — this char kway teow is served wet with that unmistakable wok hei [a.k.a. smoky aroma] we all crave and everything just right in place: sea hum [a.k.a. cockles], Chinese sausage, fish cake, bean sprouts and yes…… those sinfully, crispy bits of fried pork lard.
