Since July 2011, this stall has been quietly serving hearty bowls of piping hot soup / broth, using fresh mutton bones stewed over hours.

Their rendition features a medley of herbs, including ginger, dang gui / angelica root, coriander, and more, resulting in a thin and clear soup / broth with pleasant meaty savoury sweet bitter herbal flavour.

The tender deboned mutton meat has meaty savoury flavour, and the bouncy mutton meat balls have meaty savoury salty flavour. Served with a bowl of white rice.

Very herbal and flavourful soup. The meat was all thin slices. My only complaint is a lot of ginger haha.
