My kind of comfort food. Mix the hazardous looking baked tomato gravy and all you get is mouths of pork chop heaven. Finish this off with a glass of iced red bean. Value for money!

Neatly stacked between slices of toast were grilled chicken chop, ham, fried egg, lettuce, tomatoes and loads of mayonnaise. Perhaps I was really hungry, or this club sandwich was exceptionally yummy because I wolfed it down in a blink!

Wok-Fried Hor Fun with Shrimp & Eggs $11.50 at Imperial Treasure Windows of Hong Kong, Tripleone Somerset. Texture of the noodles is not as refined as other places but I enjoyed the overall flavor. A bit on the ex side but I guess it's to pay for the environment to be able to sit down and chat with the company at the table.
