Huggs Collective (Thomson Plaza)

There is a velvety aftertaste which envelopes the mouth with the freshness of the caramelized Gula Meka. Enjoyable!

Huggs Collective at Thomson Plaza had quite a nice ambience when it was quiet and peaceful, and since I could enjoy a 30% discount with Burpple Beyond, I went for their Iced Latte Gula (S$7.00) which was essentially espresso with Gula Melaka.

Apart from the distinct flavours of the processed coconut sugar, what was unexpected was that the coffee became much smoother and tasted frothier, even though it was iced and it sat for a few minutes before I took my first sip.

Thick, with an intense earthy hojicha taste and well-frothed milk, this is my favourite non-coffee drink on the Huggs menu.

Having their iced matcha latte and hot cappuccino , nice environment and cosy place where you can enjoy a nice coffee at.There is a place for member corner too. They sell different kind of cake and pastry too.

Do not get this!! Used burrple but it tasted like coffee shop Kopi and was kinda watery.

Very adorable latte art. Coffee is pretty decent. Latte gula is quite balanced. Melbourne flat white tasted a little roasted but overall decent.
