Hard to find in Singapore with a pleasant and refreshing flavour. The tanginess of the ponzu jelly gels well with the subtle flavours of the liver.
The restaurant will choose the 5 types of sashimi.
We were given 3 pieces of each type.
1. Salmon
2. Tuna
3. Amberjack
4. Sea bream
5. Hotate
Well seasoned and fresh.
Nothing really fantastic. And the price very expensive.
This was surprisingly good.
Portion supposedly for 2-3 pax.
Felt I could finish this bowl myself.
Fresh sashimi treat. Served with seaweeds for you to wrap the sashimi to savour it. Really loved it. Had fun doing my own "sashimi wraps". Overall, quite a good and decent meal!
