From the Burpple community

Well-known for their fresh ingredients and homemade broths (Signature Prawn, Best Seller Laksa, Chicken, Herbal, Tomato, Tom Yum, Mala, Sour Pickled), @haixianlao got you covered if youā€™re looking for a great hotpot dining experience with your friends and family! They also offer a variety of zichar dishes and even MLXG to complement your hearty broths.

Hereā€™s what we enjoyed:
šŸ‘‰HXL Hungry Pot for 4 to 5 pax - SGD48 (U.P. SGD68)
šŸŒŸPremium Beef Sliced Set
Comes with a Cooked Tomato Broth Pot thatā€™s filled with luncheon meat, fresh chicken thigh, potato, cabbage, tofu, enoki mushroom, black fungus, as well as Golden Salted Egg Wings, Fermented Pork Chop, Scallion Pancakes & 4x Noodles

Long story short, they didnā€™t disappoint at all. Special mention goes out to their Golden Salted Egg Wings, which is a fusion of the 2 best flavours - Salted Egg & Fermented Prawn. Super duper SHIOK!

ā—ļøCheck out their Fatherā€™s Day Sets, ranging from SGD68(3-4pax) to SGD128(6-8pax)
ā€¼ļø20% OFF for takeaway or self-collection

šŸ’ŒThanks @laoniangagency for the arrangement and @haixianlao for making our bellies happy!šŸ˜„

Gather your colleagues for a hotpot lunch or after-work dinner treat at Isetan Scotts. Enjoy 1-for-1 main dishes like sliced Japan Blackshire Kurobuta Collar, Ox Tongue, Seasoned Mala Pork and more. Popular soup bases include the mala, prawn, collagen and tomato flavours. Burpplers also love the tasty Prawn Paste Chicken Wings as a side dish!

Tried the tomato soup and chicken soup(recommended). Tomato soup was a little sweet for my liking but the chicken soup is good! Will come back to try the prawn soup!

I think they're using Burpple as an advertising platform, because the restaurant seems to have an all day buffet at 30++(?), which would still be a lot cheaper for a family of 4 compared to using burpple 1-1 same item, depends on whether you prefer to select the premium meats or go for quantity! In my view, there's greater cost savings visiting without the use of burpple than using burpple for ala carte. Overall, staff are doing their best but still quite absent minded (forgot our extra bowls, mixed up other people's orders, another table's buffet spread didn't have sotong available but the restaurant didn't inform them). Overall the food was pleasant, but the deal on Burpple is a worthless one, their buffet offers better cost savings.

Came for their steamboat buffet and was ecstatic when I saw the tray of meat come for me šŸ˜ layered on a specially designed tray, it is then placed over the steamboat pot, forming that beautiful sight in my photo. ā£ā£what started off as a really convenient way of eating soon turned out to be a mess because as you start ordering more ingredients, they came on plates and the table simply didnā€™t allow for more space (or because we were gluttons and ordered too much) soup wise, I felt that the tomato broth wasnā€™t as thick and fragrant as compared to other steamboat ppaces. Worth a second visit since it was pretty value for money! Senior citizens get discounted price too, so bring your folks along! ā£ā£ā£ā£
