Lesson learnt, never trust the ordering of dishes to a guy when u go to the toilet. Can't believe he ordered the buttercorn+floss flavour over Thai Chili or salted egg or Tom yum goong lobster options.
$58.80 worth for a few pieces of prawn tasting "lobster" Hmmmmm~ #dinner #weekend #foodporn #fotd #foodphotography #overpriced #Burpple
The squid was soft and cut into rings. Tom yum like soup (sourly and spicy) totally infused into the squid. In return, it's freshness leaked into the soup. A strong flavored dish and let us remember it for a really long time.
Overall still considered as a good eat as the meat was tender and juicy.
The dash of fried shallot and pork floss enhanced the taste.
Missing all the yummy Thai food in Bangkok. 😫
I need to to back soon!!!
I was really disappointed at first because when I cut into the cake there was no oozing whatsoever, and I felt the portion was a tad small for the price we paid. But after I took that first bite my complaints were silenced. Cake was done perfectly, not too mushy or gelat. I do wish the inside had been more flowy, but taste wise I have no complaints, not overly sweet and I could taste the matcha 👍🏻 they have Thai Tea and red velvet flavours too, I'll definitely be back to try them next time. (P.S, really liked that when we sat down they served us a welcome tea cup of tom yum soup - just what we needed to warm us up!)
