Today, I ordered sliced pork curry rice with scrambled egg and vegetables at Sing HK Kitchen in Food Republic. The meal costs $9.30 and the pork is tender. The curry is just slightly spicy and it adds flavour to the dish. The egg that covers the rice also makes the dish look more presentable. Overall, the food is delicious and I will rate this dish 9/10.

Fried chicken with signature red chilli sauce @ $6.90
More veggie @ $1

It's quite good, the chicken is juicy and comes off the bone super easily.
Comes with daukwa and veggie, but I asked for more veggie and a bit turned off when needed to pay extra $1 โ˜น๏ธ
But they didnt charge me less when I asked for less rice LOL

Overall a good and satisfying meal. There's a bit of queue during weekday lunchtime

Managed to try the dry version of beef noodles from Blanco Court Beef Noodles. Thought I would prefer this much more over the soup version but this proved me wrong. The gravy of the beef noodle was decent enough, but the beef slices were too chewy to my liking. Somehow, the soup version seemed to be the more flavourful version.

Usually go for dry beef noodles but it was completely sold out that night, so I went for their soup version. Surprisingly tasty and flavourful broth, but I think it got a bit too salty after a while. Nonetheless, a pretty decent bowl of beef noodles at a food court, albeit slightly expensive.

I love lemonades and lemon teas, so I was immediately attracted to these new lemon tea stands in Food Republic. They have 5 different flavours of lemon punch with Roselle, Osmanthus Oolong, Mint and Cucumber.

You can choose your sugar syrup levels between 3 options - aunty suggested I get the middle to try for the first time. Would actually be quite fun if they had toppings that you can add in like your typical bbts. Enjoyed this quite a bit though it was a touch pricey, it was fresh, refreshing and not at all too sweet.

Refreshing and a light soup - works great if you want to have a light lunch. Served fresh. The drumstick was slightly disappointing though.
