The lingonberry dispersing bitter sensations to amp up the sweet experience. Definitely one of the more engaging desserts I've had in a while. ~~~~~

Gently poached in milk, the opaque flesh procured hints of brightnesses stemming from the secret lemon peel places in the poaching liquids. Lovely alongside creamy polenta (so good, I ate too much of it) and a savoury sage jus which provided just a slight bit of bovril edge to enliven the simple dish。

This will be available in the DOMVS dining room located at the @sheratontowerssg from Nov 1-8th as part of the prestigious seafood fête from Norway. Get in on the other fresh seafood steals whilst dining in The Dining Room (buffet) in that same period. The Smoked Mackerel canapé and hamachi and scallop sashimi are to die for!
