Shared the Mango Ice ($12.80) and the Soursop Ice w/ Lychee ($15.80). Mango ice (pictured) was huuuuuuuge but overall it was pretty lacklustre...just sweet-tasting with a hint of mango from the syrup and ice cream/soft serve. In contrast, the soursop ice was damn good!! Just get the normal soursop ice without any topping, it's so cold and refreshing and tart and perfect for SG weather.
Thick black sesame paste, felt that there could be more nuttiness to it tho. Almond paste is very creamy & natural, minimally sweetened too. Think they added quite alot of strach/ thickener for the texture, would prefer less starch
Thick & smooth red bean paste that's not too sweet mixed with black glutinous rice. Rice bits adds a contrasting texture!
A classic dessert that can't go wrong. The sweet mango and chewy sago are a perfect match, and the addition of pomelo gives it a refreshing twist.
The red bean is ground into fine particles, resulting in the smoothest paste you'll ever taste. The sweetness level is just right, and the creaminess of the paste is divine.
The paste is a bit watery, but still gooey and rich in flavour. Surprisingly, the coconut ice cream pairs wonderfully with the black sesame paste, creating a harmonious blend of sweet and nutty flavours.
