With a click of a button, ChatGPT generates the most optimised recipe suited to one's preferences. In this case, it has been optimised towards an Anti-Aging recipe, maximising the week's intake of collagen and antioxidants in a single serving.

Cheng Tng is served either hot or cold. I chose the cold version, and the ingredients were generous. Red dates and wolfberries added sweetness, peach gum gave a melty, jelly-like feel, candlenut and lotus seed provided a crunch, and the combination of all these ingredients brought this dessert to the right level of sweetness and smoothness. It was a pleasant dessert to have anytime.
