At one point, I was obsessed with churros and finding the best churros in town.. little did I know, it’s situated near my work place

They served it with fresh creme, melted dark choc and caramel

One of my limited favourite dishes at Copper, the Pira Mushroom

The food here is really good, if you are lucky (or unlucky) you may get to see the head chef in action (Gordon Ramsey style)

Be prepared for packed lunch crowd during work days

If you are a coffee purveyor, you’d be familiar with this dark roasted and bitter type of serving.. not pretentious, not looking for the golden flow or the acidity or brightness

Just plain mafia style espresso (either that, it’s a lousy pull)

1 serving ain’t enough we go for the 2nd and all the dishes superbly good.

Truffle fries was super addictive though!
