It usually come with pork, chicken and seafood but fish maw is rather rare. Hence I decided to order a bowl to try. I enjoyed the texture of the noodle. Unfortunately the soup lacks depth and sweetness of the ikan bilis.
One of the best Penang laksa I've Ever eaten!!!! OMG. Hahaha.
I loved their springy noodles and soup broth.
