Tried the Chicken Cutlet side order from this sushi bowl restaurant and it was a pleasant surprise!
The juicy chicken breast was coated in a light, airy batter, fried to a golden crisp perfection.
The exterior was crunchy, while the interior remained tender and flavourful.
The portion was generous, making it a great value for the price. ($4)

bite into fresh, succulent cuts of salmon torched with compelling umami mentaiko sauce - a perfect pairing with that mild smoky flavour. i simply loved how it was not overly seared like in other sushi places, and i could still taste that creamy centre in the midst of it all. adding on that goodness, all bowls are served with their signature truffle infused rice, i spy specks of roe inside too!
