You probably see minces meat noodles in almost every coffeeshop, but this is different. The queue already tells you that this may be good, and I must say the portions for everything are generous! The noodles are nice and springy, the chilli packs a savoury punch and the ingredients are fresh. Definitely something I will crave if I'm around the area!
Economic Bee Hoon with a varieties of sides. Perfect for breakfast.

Location: 302 Choa Chu Kang Ave 4, #01-719, Singapore 680302
This stall in Choa Chu Kang has been around for over 10 years, and still attracts a queue.
.
It benefits from not having nearby competitors, and serving their food hot (with a lot of turnover). Otherwise, it's really just slightly above average.
.
The prawn fritter crackers are the star, crisp and crunchy with enticing sweet savoury salty shrimpy flavour.
.
The chili is shiok, with a sweet nutty spicy kick, and makes everything taste better. Might not be worth travelling for, but good if you're already in the area.

Portion was big but slightly pricey. Taste was ok, there's a bit of extra oil
Saucy type, toppings were all good except for the liver which was average. Pork slices were very tender, minced pork had a significant proportion of fats in the best way and pork meatballs were so soft too. Mushrooms were extremely well braised.
Soup was flavourful. Sambal was more the tangy type which wasn't really my thing and lacks heat.
Overall a solid bowl
