Good morning everyone, brand new week ahead! This cake is from Stray by Fat Cat @stray.sg.

This passionfruit dome, one of @cafehoppinginabox new collection for May 2017, had an Asian twist through the use of kaffir coconut mousse. Vanilla sponge, lime jelly, and passionfruit gel was encased in passionfruit glaze, but the surprise was the kaffir lime fragrance that lingers at another dimension. Try it and you'll know what I mean. The kaffir lime won't be for everyone, but I liked it.

When I saw the Petite Unicorn, I know I have to try it once. It's hard to resist anything so pretty and magical. Crafted by @twentygrammes, this dreamy cake is one of the many cakes that is available @cafehoppinginabox for this month.

Encased in white chocolate mousse with a layer of raspberry jam and chocolate balls, it is a simple cake. But you just can't help and exclaim at how pretty this looks.

Good morning everyone! I thought it's beautiful to wake up to such a sweetie. This pretty cake from @twentygrammes is part of the new lineup for @cafehoppinginabox May '17 Collection.

I love how light the white chocolate mousse was, and also that gelatinous raspberry puree centre filled with a surprise - I'll reveal it - crunchy chocolate balls. A well balanced cake that's not overly sweet.

And you know.. I've ordered a large version of this unicorn cake for my brother's birthday. Sounds like a girly cake but I think it'll wow the whole family 😂

It's sweet but not cloying, light and refreshing. Especially love the gelatinous outer layer of this pretty dome.

This is so good, and even though I've tried many of their cakes which I all love, this is by far my favorite. 🔸
Thanks to the cafe owners Vivian and Maxine who curated their cakes from various cafes, I get to try this. The light cream in between layers of strawberry, then topped with fresh glazed strawberries. I was full but I finished this :)

Pretty and yummy! This cake won't be here forever, as they are changing their cake selection in May.

This isn't just a pretty cake. The chocolate mousse within are light, with a layer of very yummy hazelnut praline at the base that provided that that crisp within all the mushy goodness inside. And my friend @wishuponatart likes the gelatinous exterior best!
