I love how light the white chocolate mousse was, and also that gelatinous raspberry puree centre filled with a surprise - I'll reveal it - crunchy chocolate balls. A well balanced cake that's not overly sweet.

And you know.. I've ordered a large version of this unicorn cake for my brother's birthday. Sounds like a girly cake but I think it'll wow the whole family 😂
