Tender pork belly char siew with a sweet caramelised crust. The char siew strikes a balance between lean and fatty cuts.
The rice base isn’t exactly prefect but it absorbs the caramelised sauce well enough while the sous vide egg unfortunately lacks the expected runny yolk, slightly missing the mark on delivering that creamy richness.
I also ordered the fried king oyster mushroom but unfortunately, it doesn't quite hit the mark. While the mushroom are naturally juicy and earthy, the batter overwhelms the dish. The coating is excessively thick, muting the delicate, meaty texture and flavour of the mushrooms.

Tried the vegan manhattan meatball linguine and the stuffed portobello mushroom.
Both portions are on the smaller side
Pasta was decent — the meatballs tasted like meat
We had two pizzas, the two mains + one vegan laksa and some drinks for around $70 so very worth with the burpple deal
The dim sum selection is much smaller than CrysJa, ImpTreas, Paradise, EastOc, etc, and more expensive, so we went for the buy-1-get-1-free set menu. Except for the suckling pig which was a bit tough, other dishes were good. Good service. Not unique enough for us to want to come back.

Wild mushroom and truffle pizza — it’s thin crust
The truffle hit was nice, a good pizza that feels quite clean.
We also tried the rendang pizza which was also not bad. Good option for people who want pizza but not a greasy and cheesy option
finally tried the popular pawa! 1 for 1 is worth! recommend the savories and can keep long in fridge
Pretty looking dessert w a hint of cream by the side. Texture is softer than the usual burnt cheesecake but the flavour is nice, not sweet or sour.
One of the better lor mee stalls in the heartlands! The gravy here is thick, garlicky, and flavourful without being overly starchy. My bowl came packed with braised pork slices, ngoh hiang, and a half egg. What stood out was the shredded duck and tender braised meat, all soaked up in the luscious lor. The addition of tender and flavourful shredded duck added a nice depth to the usual mix of ingredients.
Don’t forget to add extra vinegar and chili for that punch. Simple old-school vibes and priced affordably. Queues can get long during lunch but it moves pretty fast 》$5.50
