[CLOSED] Ballistic Meatballs (The Bedok Marketplace)

Salted egg is the new rave now and this was pretty good! Decently priced too!

Was a good Aglio olio at that, but I like the soupier kind of vongole. #burpple

House special sesame-battered cheesy beef meatballs served with furiyake mayonaise. Crispy meatballs, with goey cheese feeling, nicely balanced with daikon pickle at the bottom.

This #SaltedEggLinguini with #crabmeatballs is no exception! Really enjoyed the crispy crab #meatballs here too.

Thick, creamy, salted egg yolk gravy is used as a base for the linguine noodle pasta, topped with crab meat balls. Delicious and decadent!

Highlight to me was rather the deep fried mantou than the meatball itself! The deep fried mantou was so crispy outside and the fluffiness inside was so good, meatballs however it was just pretty meaty with nothing much to exclaim about the taste. Wished they make the meatballs abit more juicy though because it tasted pretty dry.
Truffle fries was meh - Fries were cut in extremely thick portions and pretty soggy as well. Didn't had a strong tinge of truffle taste also, hmmm not worth ordering in my opinion!
