Xiao Long Bao (7 Pieces - $5.50)
My sister told me that their meat seemed got "char siew" taste and not that nice according to her tastebub.
Szechuan Spicy Wanton (7 Pieces - $6)
My sister always like to order this no matter where she go for chinese restaurant. So I didn't really like to eat spicy food and she really said that it's not bad tbh.
Sweet & Spicy Noodles ($4)
We decided to share noodles together since we have ordered wanton and xiao long bao for sharing. it's not that spicy and sweet as i thought but got really strong and thick gravy sauce for noodle.
This have to be the best wanton I ever had in my entire life.
1) The meat filling was so flavourful, can taste that it was well marinated
2) the wanton skin silky smooth, yet it doesn't break away.
3) the Szehuan sauce also tasted very good, although it was spicy, but it wasn't overpowering. The perfect balance
But what really won be over was the tasty meat filling.
Next time will try their xiao long pao and fried wanton.
And how could we not try the Szechuan Spicy Wanton (10 pcs) ($6) after seeing many food review about it? They were truly åå ¨åįž (perfect in every way) - tangy, vinegary, and spicy hot in all the right spots. The skin was smooth and the meat inside was tender, but the sauce is definitely the winner. It give the perfect kick to the wantons. I literally drink off the vinegar mixture as a soup because its just so nice. Make sure to get a plate of these!
These buns have a smooth and slightly thick skin, encasing succulent marinated meat that's soupy on the inside. It was a perfect little bite of heaven.
