What I tried
๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐๐ ( ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ and ๐๐จ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐จ)
Both piping-hot puff has a lovely layered crust that is light and crispy yet not too oily, with just enough crunch to complement the filling. The curry has that molten-like texture with soft potatoes chunk while the sardine filling is super moist and lean towards a slightly sweet taste.
@abangcurrysg truly excel in flavour and texture!

What I tried
Grilled Salmon Chicken Rice Bowl
Crispy-skin salmon and Smokey juicy chicken thigh meat in Abangโs secret sauce. The top layer of the grilled salmon was crisp and beautifully glazed. Each bite of salmon is luxurious. It's freshness is evident, as the plump pink meat is soft, juicy, and tasted mildly sweet. The chicken with a perfectly charred skin, is soft, tender and moist with the marinade rich and full-flavoured.

What I tried
Chicken Panko Rice
Crispy panko-fried chicken served with flavourful Abangโs signature curry sauce on a hot steamed rice and a fried egg on the side. Each component compliment one another well. Thick pieces of deep-fried yet succulent chicken wrapped in an evenly crusty layer of panko creating an addictive crunch while itself remains tender and juicy. The curry is equal part savoury and sweet, with a little spiciness to give the flavour. The fried egg is a welcome addition. It's luscious runny yolk gave the rice a creamy texture and enhance the flavour of everything else.
Abang, Otah Panko Rice($9.90)๐ satu, makan ah.
Patiently waiting for my order while watching abang preparing live at the side. The chopped otah was first send to an egg coating treatment, followed by a dusting in the powdery flour compartment and then lastly, breaded up in the panko department before transporting it to the hot oil pool for deep-frying.
The result was quite crispy on the outer with all the yummy breadcrumb and piping hot mild spicy otah in the middle that makes you go huff huff.
The set also consists of plain rice, fried egg, salad in sesame dressing and flooded with a base of classic Nanyang curry gravy. The curry was thick, sweet, creamy, lemak-y and rather meaty with minced meat in it.
Do not belittle that small spoonful of sambal that comes with it, it can make you go crazy with the spice. Tho I find that the chilli was more sourish than spicy but still shiok lah.
