Food was decent, but price felt on the high side. This plate came with bee hoon, kway teow mixed noodles, long bean, okra stir-fried with brinjal, a chicken cutlet, and sambal. Portion size was average. Okra was crunchy and brinjal soft and tender, glad they didn’t overcook it. Long bean was crunchy and earthy. Chicken cutlet standard lah, the frozen stuff deep fried only, taste as it is, hard to go wrong. Noodles were okay, had enough flavour and were quite savoury. Spicy sambal is a must to eat it with.

The prata were slightly crisp with a chewy, fluffy texture. Dipping them into the curry chicken sauce added savouriness, and I liked how they also provided spicy sambal sauce, which isn’t commonly found in Singapore but is more typical up north. Eating here really reminded me of crossing the border for breakfast.

This meal cost a total of $5.10, consisting of one egg prata, one roti kosong, and one cup of teh halia. I’m not sure of the individual prices, but hey, weekend breakfast do be like that. Just eat and enjoy!

Tasty Nasi Goreng, crispy spicy chicken cutlet, telur goreng, plus a dollop of sweet, savoury, & spicy sambal. A strong breakfast that makes one day ahead with abang brightening your day. Small rice grain were used and quite fluffy with each bite. Their sambal is legit good! And guess what? The total cost of this plate is only $4. BTW, it’s located inside a mini canteen near NTUC Learning Hub @ Benoi.

A gimmicky once in a lifetime experience! Prata topped with two eggs, drowned in curry like a tsunami engulfing the entire island in seconds. Served with a side of sambal for an extra kick, this dish is certainly a spectacle. While the prata itself was a bit cold and doughy, lacking the desired crispiness, it still soaked up the savoury curry beautifully. The sambal, though more sweet than spicy, added a beautiful touch to the dish.

So, is it tasty? Yes! However, some might find the price a bit steep, especially considering that ordering two egg pratas separately would be cheaper.

Sedap lah! Generous portion of tender chicken with savoury crispy skin, sprinkled with crunchy crumbs, served alongside fragrant fried rice, a simple salad, and a fiery homemade sambal chilli. While some parts of the chicken were a bit dry, the spicy sambal and flavourful crispy crumbs more than made up for it. The fried rice, albeit basic, was slightly spicy, moist, and tastisfying. Overall, it's a filling meal.
