Got the green peppercorn and jalepeno gravy along with chicken fat rice and Chico slaw.

Fried chicken nuggets, apple and agave brined with Mexican spicy sweet and sour sauce

Great pit roasted chicken. Consistently tender and moist. Got the Chico slaw and roasted vegetable as my sides!

Very generous amount of smashed avocado to go with oozy organic jammy eggs and sourdough. Love the brilliant refreshing sweet cherry tomatoes & basil watermelon with fresh cream on the side.

Swapped out the quinoa salad for a refreshing gazpacho (only item that came in individual portion from the set). Good way to start the meal with this cold soup full of ripe, summery flavors!

Next dish was the Spanish broken omelette, creamy scrambled eggs with Spanish chorizo sausage and manchego cheese with juicy burst from the cherry tomatoes.

The crispy skin barramundi was well cooked and moist. Paired well with grilled vegetables with an added touch of sweetness from the piquillo aioli.

What stole the show that night was the valenciana paella which came with the perfect socarrat, delicious chicken chunks and a dollop of garlic aioli.

Next, we had the grilled Spanish pork, which was a little tough. It came with green salad and lentil stew.

We ended the meal with chestnut mousse tart topped with chocolate ganache and vanilla cream.

Good value despite some hits and misses! I definitely had a better experience with their ala carte menu.

Stoked to try the newly launched weekend brunch menu from @kiposgourmet ! Of course, they never disappoint. A bit thrown off to not get what I came for, the avo and smoked salmon. On hindsight, I’m glad this happened because it made me go all out and explore their menu. So I built my own brunch!

Waited a while (worth it) and to my surprise, my bowl came well platted which was a visual feast to my eyes before I even got started. My BYO brunch came with cauliflower waffles (the choice was obvious! Other options were sourdough and brioche) under the bread section. It was made with cauliflower florets and cheese. How ingenious. YUM.

Got the eggs Benedicts under toppings and for the protein it was a no brainer to choose the tempeh patty given their repeated success with the sambal tempeh (easily my fav tempeh in SG). Needless to say, it was amazing! In fact, it tasted a whole lot better than the sambal tempeh. Not sure if it was because it came HOT, freshly seared from the pan. The tempeh patty was insanely flavorful, thick and chunky though less compact in comparison but very moist, basically everything you’d expect from a patty. IM SOLD.

This should be included in their regular menu really. I’m not on a vegan diet but Kipos provides such extensive amazing options for vegans, i would happily be a convert (on days) 🤪 They are absolutely my go to for my occasional meatless Mondays. For the rest of my meal, I got the sautéed mushroom and sweet potato fries as well.

Special request for chef to remake this and reenact our first experience there. Blessed 😌

Not the most outstanding dish that night, but refreshing from the classics.

If there was a dish I would go back for, it would be this amazing delicious pot of Morisseau mussels (a seasonal signature, please call to enquire first on availability). Prepared in a rich broth made from garlic, chilli, tomatoes and thyme in a light while wine and tomato cream sauce, this was divine, truly divine. I would give up my mariniere or cream based mussels any day. The mussels were full of flavor and the sauce was incredibly tasty, rich but light, loaded with sea juices. The second basket of bread came in handy! The mussels were $38/400g (there was an option to go for 700g or 1kg)

Quite unbelievable that everything on the board was made in the kitchen. Can only imagine all the hours and sweat that went int there. The amazing selection came with duck rillettes, chicken liver mousse, pâté en croute, country style terrine and foie gras “mi-cuit”. Every component of the board was delicious and enjoyable, with the rillettes and the foie pâte being the top favorites for us.

Yet another memorable dinner which started with a lovely homemade charcuterie board (yes, everything made in the kitchen) which came with duck rillettes, chicken liver mousse, pâté en croute, country style terrine and foie gras “mi-cuit”. The components on the board were delicious (we especially liked the rillettes and the foie) and beautifully platted. We almost mopped down 2 baskets of freshly baked crusty heritage bread with that.

Next we had the delightfully briny, unctuous and sweet Morisseau mussels (a seasonal signature). This was prepared in a rich broth made from garlic, chilli, tomatoes and thyme in a light while wine and tomato cream sauce. It was divine, truly divine. The mussels were full of flavor and the sauce was incredibly tasty, rich but light, loaded with sea juices. The second basket of bread came in handy!

The hand cut steak tartare was slightly unusual, having kimchi and dried egg yolk infused into it. This came with fries!

No visit to a French restaurant is complete without ordering the pan seared foie gras. Ours came with 3 thick slabs, all well seared, paired with caramelised peaches and warm blinis. Almost felt like a decadent brunch!

Last of all, we had the rich and creamy pumpkin soup. Sadly, this is no longer on the regular menu and had to be requested in advance. We were lucky that chef was kind enough to indulge us.😊

Needless to say, it was a wonderful night concluding yet another great experience at @barathymsg ❤️
