That dipping sauce at the side tasted faintly of mustard(?). But I didn't really need that. The pork belly was already well marinated (with fermented beancurd, Chinese wine & fragrant spices according to the menu) and is flavourful on it's own. Crispy and not too fatty. Totally capable if stealing the show from the mains.

ADDICTIVE. Just as it is raved about in all the reviews I had seen.

It was hard to keep my hands from switching to the spoon and gobbling this dish down by the mouthful. The chopsticks just didn't seem efficient enough.

I opted for the 'Regular' for both the Flavour & Oil. On hindsight, I should have gone for the lightest. Specially since the menu did state this Yokohama-style ramen is cooked in "thick, rich & salty broth complemented with butter and garlic oil".

It was sooo good at first. The broth was thick and very flavourful just as expected. But halfway through I was gulping down iced water faster than I would have preferred.

On the plus side, I really love how generous they are. My bowl came with 3 THICK slices of cha shu and 6 huge pieces of seaweed. My noodles were made firm as i had opted which i really liked.

The place had a very authentic jap-vibe which i really liked as well. Probably cos we were seated at the counter seats facing their kitchen. I felt like I was back in Japan. โ˜บ๏ธ Would definitely be back for more (although I would adjust my ramen flavour & oil level to a lighter version) !

I'm a cake person. And it's just terrible that i have to fall in love with their cakes cos these are so pricey :(

The Signature have always been my personal fave and the bane of my diet. The Matcha was okay but i guess perhaps cos im not a huge fan of matcha so i may not be the best judge. The seasonal flavour was the Earl Grey which was really fragrant and tasted like the milk tea from bubble tea shops haha. Sweet and milky and fragrant. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผโค๏ธ

Expensive. But so good, so filling without the guilt, so satisfying i went without dinner that day. Love it so much I went back again the next week for another meal. Damn.

Oh i took a bite of my sister's chargrilled salmon and it was perfectly done. Moist and flavourful. Pls remember to opt for it when you visit. I regretted my plain old roasted chicken after i tried the salmon :(

I felt like this was a diluted version of a similar truffle soup ramen at Menya Takechi at Suntec (cant remember if the name is right).

This broth is lighter and perhaps good for those who find the heavier type broth to be too jelak. But personally i like my ramen broth thick & full of flavour. Also, i was not able to choose the hardness of my noodles for this item due to the cooking process(not sure why). So my ramen was not as al dente as i like it to be.

Perhaps if I hadn't tried Menya Takechi, I would have found this to be good.

We ordered this despite polishing off 2 pastas and the wings. Even then, it was SO GOOD. I took a first bite and literally put down my fork and SWOONED๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I wish i had more of the salted caramel cos I was moping up every bit of drizzle on the plate.

Taste similar to one of their brunch item. In a good way tho. The same fragrant mix of shimeiji mushroom and bacon in creamy sauce. If it ain't broke, why fix it right? (Side note, i shared this with the sister. If eating it on my own i would have found it too heavy to finish the whole plate going by how thick and creamy the sauce is)

Love the fusion in this plate of goodness. Bits of garlic, prawns, chilli and cereal. Everything was tossed together so beautifully. Party in the mouth๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

super generous with a big fat prawn in each siu mai; stuffed with pork and topped with a crown of crab roe.

Cheap and good ramen fix in a very Jap-like stall setting. Piping hot basic ramen on a rainy day is like the best combi ever๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
