Shrimps, shallots, bonito flakes, a runny egg, and of course that fiery kick of spice - this fusion dish was indeed full of umami! A dish worth trying, even for those who shun spicy food, as the spice level can be adjusted.

From a humble stall called Jing Mei Prawn Mee, this prawn mee was actually pretty good! The broth was potent and very flavourful, and the prawns were fresh as well. Think it's quite a steal to get this quantity and quality for this price!

This is quite a typical Singaporean style Carbonara - pasta in cream sauce, served with bacon, topped with a sous vide egg and parmesan shavings. I think the cream sauce was a teeny bit bland, would have preferred a slightly richer taste.

Two of my favourite in one! The cheese was rich, but the slight caramel and ginger notes from the speculoos helped cut through it. Really like the generous amounts of speculoos crumble plus the speculoos cookie dough in the cake itself!!

I love 葱油饼, which is like a fluffier version of our prata! So I was really excited to try this combination of my favourite ingredients. It was quite substantial, as there's also lettuce. A bit hard to eat without the ingredients falling out, but overall it's crisp and fluffy at the same time and I'll definitely eat this again!

I believe this needs no introduction - the 20" (or is it 21") super huge pizza that can feed 4-5 pax, depending on how hungry you are. If you order this size, you can choose 2 flavours, which we got the one with Parma ham and the "Morning-" something flavour. (Oops I can't rmb the name)

I personally like that the crust is thin and crispy, which makes it more palatable and less gelat to eat. The toppings and ingredients are pretty fresh and tasty too!

However was a little disappointed that it was a bit dry :/ the prawns were okay, though not the freshest I've had. But it's good that they kept the Phad Thai non-spicy by default, then serve the chilli flakes by the side to cater to those who'd want a more fiery kick!

Got the small bowl and I was really impressed with it! Every ingredient was fresh tasty, and I particular love the potato-wrapped prawn, egg and wanton! Worth the queue and defo worth trying at least once! Plus you're supporting local food and creative innovations too!

The dory fillet was big! Which I really appreciate because I love fish! It was fried well, but could get soggy if you leave it in the pasta (with assam sauce) for too long. Was a little bit spicy for me. All in all it's worth a try!

The 2 premium flavours I tried here are hazelnut and fererro rocher. Love the strong flavours of both, and it's actually not that overpowering! Good choice to pair them together.

Really fluffy pancakes with a generous topping of cornflakes, banana and a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream! 🥞

This Putien stall in the food court dishes out quality food at a fraction of its restaurant prices! This fried noodles was really tasty and flavourful, elevated by the use of fresh seafood in the broth. That said, I personally found it too salty.
