Basil, garlic and pine nuts blended into the pesto sauce, then tossed with pasta. Had the add on of salmon, which was a little over fried. The basil in the sauce was also slightly overpowering.

The matcha flavour wasn't that strong here, although it did help mask the eggy taste which was very apparent in the original pancake stack. Do note that there may be a waiting time of about 15 mins for this.

I've always loved quesadilla for the cheese, and being a fish lover, I naturally chose this. It comes in two halves and wow, it's a really substantial portion! Was quite full after finishing one half already! The fish was chunky and spread throughout, while the melty cheese certainly didn't disappoint! Recommend this if you want a change from the usual pork/beef Mexican food.

Finally decided to brave the queues here! Didn't get rice or noodle, just purely the soup. Was pleased that the fish slices were thick and fresh, and of reasonable quantity too! Would order again if the queues happen to be short haha.

Dry ramen in a hawker centre! Plus it's affordable and delicious too! The noodles was slightly thinner than Kajiken but still had that QQ bite. Sauces made it flavourful too. Will order again if I'm craving dry ramen but don't wish to hurt my wallet!

One of the more uncommon brunch dishes at cafes, this consists of roasted cauliflower on a bed of quinoa, accompanied by some pieces of halloumi cheese too. Really enjoyed this dish because it was surprisingly flavourful! The quinoa had some sauce in it, tasted a little like soya? And the cauliflower was spiced with a little curry too. Would order this again!

The party was succulent and thick, buns fluffy and crisp on the outside, and fries decent enough. Thought it was a little overpriced for this though, since nothing really screams fantastic about the burger...

Such Japanese pancakes are made using meringue to achieve the light and fluffy texture. No it doesn't wobble that much because it's not as thick as Gram pancakes haha. What struck me the very first bite was the strong eggy taste, which sadly I didn't fancy. It's still a good stack of pancakes, but my personal preference will still be the American buttermilk pancakes.

Filled with delicious deviled mushrooms and mozzarella for that nice cheese stretch, this sandwich was surprisingly filling and hearty! It comes with a poached egg, arugula, parmesan shavings and balsamic glaze. Recommend to use with Burpple Beyond 1-for-1!

This grilled cheese sandwich comprises 3 types of cheese - gruyere, mozzarella and emmental. Defo hits the spot for any cheese lovers! The melty gooey cheese was warmly toasted with caramelized onions in between crisp bread which was buttered adequately. I used Burpple Beyond 1-for-1, but without it I doubt I'd pay full price for this.

Have always enjoyed the mazesoba/dry ramen here, and on my most recent visit, I decided to up the ante with this dish. Everything about it was great - the grilled cheese, mixed with the noodles, plus the cod roe!! Love the ooey gooey cheese especially! It does sound jelak and the intense flavours may leave you a little sick of it towards the end, but any hungry soul would be able to finish this!

Chunks of crabmeat tossed in a relatively uncommon kind of pasta - casarecce. That tomato base was refreshing as much as the spice was! Medley of flavours in your mouth mmm~
