Oh I can a sure you that if you ordered this dish everyone would know and Want to order it as well. Cos it’s so fragrant that you can smell it from the kitchen while they bring this to your table. A must try there
I seriously wonder how Long the braised this for. Cos it was so so soft literally falling off my chopsticks. The fats just Melts in your mouth.
The soup is almost perfect just a little oily flavour was just right not too peppery. The portion was bigger then other Bak Kut Teh places. Meat lovers don’t wanna miss this
Its the best cheesy rice you will find in Orchard area they have it with chicken and pork too !!
This is double version and oh if you don’t want the carbs like me you can switch out the rice for more veggies!! The demi glacé sauce is just right not thick and strong.

The prawn was so fresh that you really don’t need to dip it into anything. Just peel and pop in your mouth and feel it melt away
This is not one of their best dishes cos they main courses are so good that this poor dessert takes a back seat. It was meh but maybe I was too full as well

This is your straight up no frills vegetables stir fry. Looks like an easy dish to cook but it’s not. Those who cook this would know how easy to burn and boil this instead of a proper stir fit
Surprise to find out that they actually had a really awesome curry fish head. The curry was fragrant and savoury and fish meat was smooth and sweet
