After a big hearty big, all i can think of is this Chocolate Cake w/ Gelato ($9.90) at KOON!

KOON @ Bukit Timah first opened in 2012 and has recently gone through a major renovation.

KOON Signatures was first opened at Bukit Timah in 2012, serving traditional bak kut teh and side dishes.

With a mixture of melt-in-the-mouth braised pork belly, mushrooms, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and a perfectly flowy egg, the Modern Braised Meat Rice definitely reminded me of the so-called ‘’poke bowls’’.

KOON @ Bukit Timah has recently gone through a major renovation & reopened as KOON Signatures 🎉

Now, you can enjoy both traditional Bak Kut Teh ($6.50) & innovative dishes such as the Modern Braised Meat Rice ($8.90) 🐽

The BKT is flavourful but I wld prefer it if it can be even more peppery.
