We went during lunch and opted for the cheapest lunch menu which comes with 7 pieces of sushi.

Served by Chef Hatch this time, this is a far better experience than the one I had at Hashida last year. It is easily the best omakase that I ever have. Every piece of sushi is very flavourful and out of the world. The only disappointment is that it ended too soon for something so good! Am sure the dinner omakase experience will be even better.

Started off with sesame tofu which has the texture of mochi, followed by chawamushi with sweetfish & water chestnut. The water chestnut was crunchy and sweet. However, the real highlight of the omakase was the sushi.

The 1st sushi was ika and the rice was very warm. The temperature helps to accentuate the taste of the squid.

Not expecting much from the akami, but it was actually very well marinated and well aged. Never have such flavourful akami before. Chutoro was the best chutoro too with a strong yuzu flavour.

Barracuda was the most memorable of the lot and the chef's favourite too

Honestly, words are inadequate to describe how wonderful this omakase experience was.

The brioche bun tasted like any other burger bun. Lobster portion was not small despite the price. Quiet environment and good ambience.

The sardine broth makes this ramen different from other ramen. The broth is clear and light. Chashu is tender and the noodles are springy.

Delicious soft crepe that is not too thick. Chocolate sorbet tasted more like ice cream

Very generous with the filling, lots of chicken liver. Chicken liver reminded me a little of foei gras. The pita and the accompanying sauce were really delicious. Might try the vegetarian pita next time

Rather average sushi. Nothing to complain about for otoro and uni.

Pretty good especially the juicy scallop. Pork was ordinary. Liked the garlic chip that came together with the pork.

The 3 jumbo prawns are huge and fresh. Loves the bite

Value for money sushi set.

Set A is tuna, salmon, sea bream, swordfish and sweet prawn.

Set D is chutoro, shima aji, kanpachi, hotate and conger eel.

Located within an industrial estate, but there was still a 30 mins queue on Saturday. A really good bowl of wonton mee that got the different components right. This is the malaysia style wonton mee that uses more soy sauce.

Char siew was simply outstanding - crispy on the outside yet tender and moist. The meat to fat ratio was perfect. Will certainly order a plate of char siew ($12) next time.

Noodle was springy though not al dente. Soup was very rich and tasty. Wonton was fresh and contains chestnut. Definitely one of the top few wonton mees in SG

Love the thick creamy pistachio ice cream. Waffle was soft and crispy. Value for money as the waffle only costs $2
