Highly recommend this value for money omakase venue - 12 pieces of sushi, uni ikura rice bowl, kani roll, onsen egg and some appetisers.

Sushi include some seasonals - Leatherjacket, Ika, Hotate, Tai, Golden threadfin, Spanish mackerel, Amaebi, Barracuda, Chutoro with soya foam, Otoro, Shima Aji, Uni. This is a much better experience than my first time with a higher level of consistency.

Only issue is that it is very tough to secure a booking. The shop has a small capacity of 9 pax pre-covid, made worse by the social distancing rule.

The dish was elevated by the addition of the salted egg. Very delicious broth that comes with thick white beehoon, though I will prefer it to be thicker for the bite. 1 prawn was given, but it was a medium sized fresh prawn that was great to bite. Fair price for the ingredients provided. Plenty of pork lard too

Value for money for a good bowl of dry ramen. Can smell the truffle oil with generous ingredients. Noodle is a little springy but will prefer a thicker noodle for more bite.

A good bowl of mentai salmon don. Long queue on a weekend at just 12pm, waited for 45 mins to be seated down. Many items are out of stock already

Love the peking duck. Crispy duck skin with soft flour skin. We had the meat cooked in gongbao style which was excellent

Juicy, tender but charred on the outside. Never know a pork chop can be so delicious.

Nothing special for the sourdough, but the pork fat with farro and barley is quite unique. You get a creamy texture combined with sweetness and some crunch. Love it with the sourdough

Not what you expect and it has a complex taste. Reminds me a little of the taste of otah served on a toast

Quite a good plate of satay bee hoon for only $4. Satay sauce was fragrant and delicious. Ingredients such as cuttlefish, bean curd and pork liver was big and soft.

The carrot cake is very soft. Although not cripsy, the radish can melt in your mouth

Uni, sakura ebi, ikura and truffle cream sauce, but I was unable to taste the truffle. Still a good somen with the sweet uni
