White breads, milk breads, brioche, breads that are light, soft and fluffy.

This soft and fluffy brioche enveloped the scrambled eggs and luncheon meat (Ikr, not so healthy). But it just tasted so yummy with the bread. A very straightforward non complicated sandwich. If the scrambled eggs were atad more creamy and runny, it would have been a heavenly brioche. If you crave for a cup of mojo, coffee is sourced from the Prodigal Roasters.

This is indeed a hidden gem in the city. Boss owner, Don, @lowef.co is a personable guy. Very friendly and also converse with his customers, making them feel right at home. I forsee this might be a hideout place for me.

An open kitchen with sights and smells. You can have sweet. You can have savory. I had the bolognese and Cassie had the parma ham. Nice flavors but perhaps less of the spice (i think it was paprika) as it was atad heavy on my palate.

On a side note, I felt I "creped up" on @cassakating who happened to be nomnom there. So nice to see you after a long time.

Only three ingredients. Big crunchy prawns, I might add. Omelette crisp by the edges and yet had a creamy mouthfeel. A huge plate (for 3 to 4 pax) smothered with wok hei that it felt like eating out directly from the wok.

I love the garlicky twang. I love the firecracking chilli padi.

Craving for it so decided to check out new kid @linopastabar by the @lesamisgroupsg on the @shawcentreandshawhouse block. High hopes and mouthwatering expectations. This aglio olio had very little garlic with a somewhat slight creamy sauce. The spicy heat was very gentle. I prefer it with much more "oomph"! My tastebuds did not get that satisfying kick.

Perhaps still new. Perhaps service with a smile is in the making. Will I go back to try again? Maybe?

This oxtail beef stew is one of their best sellers. Quite a small portion but had big burst of flavors. Tender oxtail flanked by sweet carrots, potatoes, onions.
