Each piece of work which comes out from the kitchen is no doubt a revelation of this chef’s quirky persona. Designed to resemble our local delights, this egg is but one part of the four course meal we had. Tap open the shell, pieced together by sugar, to reveal runny egg white and yolk of mango sticky rice inspiration. Shake some ‘pepper’ and ‘soy sauce’ on it to flavour your eggs with sesame seeds and sauce. The sweet-sourish taste of the mango was a great accompaniment to runny white coconut whites.

It’s like a latte in an iced glass? That’s the description I got.
Had the normal hamburg steak. No regrets waking up early for this! The steak was really well done, juicy and flavourful. The salad bar has a wide variety of choice to choose from. The eggs at the egg station was topped up promptly and it was always serve hot. For $18.8, the value is really worth it!
Leave some rice after finishing the fish - just to mop up that light, aromatic, smoky fish oil left on the plate. It's that good.
The mix of fatty minced tuna, churned together with avocado and wasabi, brought out the fishy fatty flavour with a slight spicy kick. Spreading it on the plain bruschetta toast felt like an upscale tuna fish sandwich haha.
Aburi was a nice show of blowtorch scorching and then fresh fish into mouth immaculately accentuated with the ikura roe pearls. Yummers.

Baked salmon on top of buttery rice with bits of raisins, corn, and sweet purple cabbage with an onsen egg atop with runny yolk gloriousness. For 7.90, it's a simple meal worth its value.
Our fave!! Didn't know a chicken breast dish could taste this good! It was evenly cooked amd juicy, and even the mash was divine with the truffle flavour. Chicken floss was a nice touch as well.
Nice decor, good sandwiches. Very lively and crowded during Saturday brunch.
