Mutton Briyani - hunting for Singapore Best Briyani and decided to head to Tekka Center. Found this friendly stall and decided to give it a try. Power lah! Love the tenderness mutton,cook with exotic spices and serve with long grain rice. Not an easy dish to prepare as it requires to be cook under a slow fire. I will have to say that to make a delicious Briyani, it requires patience and lots of practise. Yes ! Can't wait to dirty my hands.
Mutton Briyani. How to say no to you. Thought of having Nasi Goreng but when I see you, I immediately change my mind. Basmati Rice is still my love. Tenderness of the mutton, nicely chopped and the unselfish quantity of it, truly worth that ride there. Just one thing... why did I use fork and spoon instead of my hand? If only saya gunakan tagan makan, confirm lagi Sedap. Minggu depan pergi sana.. hehehe
Pandan kaya. Reasonable pricing and the taste is acceptable. Love the after taste of the pandan. The aroma is strong enough for me and the taste of the kaya though a little sweets but have it with latte w/o sugar. It complement each other.

If you like your curry less coconut, this is the place for you. If you love your curry to be spicy, this is the cafe you must try. Cover your rice with the curry and Dark sauce, your will definitely go for second serving for your rice.
Pricing is super reasonable. Food quality is good but service is ok lah... ... it's always crowded.

If you are staying around tampines, this is one Nasi Lemak stall you must try. Open about 4 months ago at tampines round market, it looks like a family business . It's Basmati Rice !!!! . Friendly people and that young man inside.... HANDSOME SIAL!!!! I love this family.

Beijing Duck. The crispy skin dip into their sweet sauce is really tastylicious. Add slices of cucumber with spring onions , wrap with egg roll, slowly bite and savour the taste together with the sound of crunchiness in your mouth, yeesss!!! And the remaining duck meat , we had it in black pepper - what a twist !!!
