Little Cutie Duckie
Took a short trip to KSL and decided to check out this restaurant. This roasted ducky overrides all the duckies in Singapore I have tried recently. FROM the taste, UP to the texture, RIGHT to the tenderness, LEFT with an empty plate, and the BOTTOM line is it's in RINGGIT. Awesome!!!!!
Ok.. this Duckie from London is super fat. Love it's cripsy skin and the tenderness of the meat. But cannot tahan the in between - FATSssss. Guess that's what makes it superb doper flavorsome. Can I have a cup of Chinese tea now. Burp!!!
When it comes to duck, who doesn't know Toh Kee, one of the oldest duck stall in Singapore. Nicely charred, yet not too oily, the crisp duck is still tender and flavourful. Drumstick is my all time favorite. Wooofff!!! I'm drooling again.
Beijing Duck. The crispy skin dip into their sweet sauce is really tastylicious. Add slices of cucumber with spring onions , wrap with egg roll, slowly bite and savour the taste together with the sound of crunchiness in your mouth, yeesss!!! And the remaining duck meat , we had it in black pepper - what a twist !!!
