Decided that I shall eat light since next week is the start of feasting and celebrations.
Tried @squeezedsg's cold press juices and salads.
Ps: They opened a new branch at Suntec City's PasarBella just last month.
Lighter on the wallet than most other cold pressed juice brands. (Yay!) I particularly enjoyed the Break Of Dawn concoction of orange, pineapple and lemon.
For the salads, I personally would prefer more variety in the ingredients but they were still yummy. *i have to try their signature UFO squeezed buns someday soon!

I would say go for Bak Kwa Treasure if you like savory and Yammy Ingot if you prefer sweet buns. The rest tasted a little 🤔 hmmm.

Not to be missed is their Yam Cake so generously made with yam, pumpkin, Chinese sausage and fried shrimp. *sakura mochi flowers are decorated by me. 😝😋 such a delicious treat deserves some food styling.

This Thai Green Curry & Mud Crab Tagliatelle was on point with perfectly cooked hand made tagliatelle, freshly picked crab meat, and subtle creaminess from the Thai green curry.
Sadly the Roasted Chicken was a little heavy handed on the vinegar based sauce that overpowered the rest of the dish.
But the meal experience ended on a high note with their Lemon Pie. A winning combi of tangy lemon curd, flaky pie pastry and basil ice cream.

Personally the menu felt a little pricey for brunch.

Named after the well loved Seng Choong Confectionery, Chef Daniel @chefdanieltay pays tribute to his father with the launch of Old Seng Choong @oldsengchoong.

Their collection of CNY goodies speaks volume of the quality ingredients and old traditional recipes kept through over 30 years. Even my mum gives 👍🏼 for the taste!

This is one of the comfort foods for me and my hubby.
Superb soup with the sweetness and robust flavours of meat yet not overly salty.
Also recommend their steamed pork with chestnuts, flavorful and tender albeit a little fatty.
