A pretty looking waffle with lychee rose & raspberry sorbet, fresh fruits and raspberry macaron topped on a pink rose waffle base.
Staff gave us strawberries and blueberries as they ran out of lychee and raspberries 😭 that morning.
The waffle base felt a little lacking, tad dense and yet not quite crisp.
Do have to commend on the lovely raspberry sorbet, not too icy and didn't melt too quickly. A pronounced and refreshing raspberry flavour.
Overall a dessert dish of promising elements...its just that I prefer my waffles more crisp on the outside and airy fluffy inside. Maybe it's just that day since I read mostly good reviews... Hmm

A gastronomic experience that not only filled my tummy but truly touched my heart.
In a cosy setting where chefs whip up their magic next to you, I was blown away by just how well executed each dish were.
This butter poached chicken was of a tenderness uncontested by others. Served with parsnip puree, thai basil, crispy potato and kimchi, the complexity of the ingredients in perfect harmony as I savour each bite of the chicken.
I had to relook at the menu pricing, because their 3 course lunch menu was unbelievably worth the value at $48++ tag.

Not to be missed is their 62degrees egg. It's an explosion of the earthy flavors of wild mushroom, that ended with the perfect aroma of fresh truffles slices. I really wanted the whole plate to myself.
Coming close is their popular lobster croissant item. Flaky buttery pastry - a perfect combi with the lobster chunks. The truffle honey vinaigrette served alongside was ♡ too.

Loving the buttery flavour of the toast but would prefer it slightly more crisp. The centre sunk quite quickly but the edges were still nice and crusty. Enjoying the Vongole Pasta at @dgoodcafe and their new grapefruit tea drink while clearing work.
A sublime yet classic pasta dish so well executed. Each strand of pasta coated with the juicy broth of fresh clams, tomatoes, chilli and white wine. And look at the generous serving of clams!
And the 🍹 now my new favourite at the cafe, loving the citrusy flavours from the grapefruit puree used in the tea.
