In a cosy setting where chefs whip up their magic next to you, I was blown away by just how well executed each dish were.
This butter poached chicken was of a tenderness uncontested by others. Served with parsnip puree, thai basil, crispy potato and kimchi, the complexity of the ingredients in perfect harmony as I savour each bite of the chicken.
I had to relook at the menu pricing, because their 3 course lunch menu was unbelievably worth the value at $48++ tag.
