Which makes sense since The Masses is the brainchild of one of Saveur’s chef-owners. Other dishes include the Marinated Crab Rillettes ($18) with avocado🥑 and sourdough, and the Ravioles de Royan ($18) which is basically ravioli dumpling pasta stuffed with Tête de Moine cheese.
